FIGI JEANS RETURN POLICY
This FIGI Jeans Return Policy applies to purchases of FIGI Jeans from the FIGI Jeans website (“Website”). The term “You” as used below refers to the purchaser of the FIGI Jeans product. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to FIGI Jeans.
Unwashed, unworn and defective merchandise may be returned with a receipt within twenty-one (21) days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned without a receipt or after twenty-one (21) days from the date of purchase may be accepted at our discretion for merchandise credit.
Shipping charges are not always refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item to You or the item sent was defective. If You are requesting an exchange because You would like a different size, style or color, You will be responsible for the shipping charges related to the exchange. If You are returning or exchanging an item without a receipt, the return or exchange value is determined by the retail price of the item on the date that your return is received.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this Website. For a list of these products, please go to shopfigijeans.com.
Please use and fill out the return sticker (“Return Sticker”) supplied with your order for returns and exchanges. Pack returns and exchanges securely in the original box where possible. If your Return Sticker is missing from your package, please contact FIGI Jeans at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a replacement Return Sticker. For returns that are not paid for by FIGI Jeans, please ship your return or exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. We do not accept cash on delivery.
After your return/exchange package is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within seven (7) business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to You in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Merchandise marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards may not be returned and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or check (except where required by applicable law).
